Service Description

PALS Renewal (with Optional BLS or ACLS HeartCode Add-On) The Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course builds on the foundation of Basic Life Support (BLS), emphasizing high-quality CPR and advanced skills for pediatric emergencies. Training includes hands-on practice and simulated scenarios to strengthen recognition and treatment of respiratory emergencies, shock, cardiac arrest, arrhythmias, and effective team dynamics—all in accordance with the 2025 AHA Guidelines. Requirements PALS Self-Assessment (≥70%) submitted prior to class Current AHA BLS card (copy required) Required Text: PALS Provider Manual (available for purchase or loan upon request) Options Add BLS HeartCode and/or ACLS HeartCode to your renewal for bundled certification AHA HeartCode® Course Payment Disclosure The AHA HeartCode® course is a blended-learning program consisting of: Online course content and written examination, purchased and completed directly through the American Heart Association (AHA); and In-person skills evaluation and megacode testing, provided by Hawaii CPR To Go. Seat Reservation Fee Your payment reserves your seat and is non-refundable if canceled. Need to change your date? Your reservation may be transferred to another available class at no additional charge when rescheduled at least 2 days before your scheduled class. Cancellations or changes made within 2 days of class will forfeit the reservation fee. Payments are separate and non-transferable. Hawaii CPR To Go does not collect or process payment for the AHA online HeartCode® portion. Completion of both components is required for issuance of the official AHA eCard certification.
