New HeartCode BLS is the online portion of BLS blended learning. It uses a variety of eLearning assets such as dramatizations, eSimulations, animations, self-directed learning, and interactive activities to teach students BLS knowledge and skills. This class is for both new and renewal students. BLS Heartcode portion has to be purchased and found at: https://www.onlineaha.org/courses/84 This purchase is in addition to your skills session and is purchased separately. Email mandatory passing certificate to hawaiicprtogo@gmail.com In Person Skills Session After completing the eLearning component, students will attend a structured Instructor-led course that focuses on meaningful skills practice, debriefing, team scenarios, discussions of local protocols and skills testing. Where available, students may also complete the hands-on portion with a manikin. BLS provider book is mandatory. Please contact us if you need to order a book.
