Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) The ACLS course builds on the foundation of Basic Life Support (BLS), emphasizing the importance of continuous, high-quality CPR. Through hands-on instruction and realistic simulated cases, participants will strengthen their skills in recognizing and managing: Cardiopulmonary arrest and immediate post-cardiac arrest care Acute arrhythmias Stroke Acute coronary syndromes (ACS) Precourse Requirements ACLS Precourse Work: Students are required to complete up to 3 hours of online precourse assignments prior to class. This work must be submitted before the course date. The videos and interactive modules review essential topics and ensure participants are prepared for hands-on practice and team-based training. Current AHA BLS Certification: Students must provide a copy of their valid BLS card before class.
